ExecutorThreadDumpPage is a WebUIPage with threadDump prefix.

ExecutorThreadDumpPage is created exclusively when ExecutorsTab is created (with spark.ui.threadDumpsEnabled configuration property enabled).

Note	`spark.ui.threadDumpsEnabled` configuration property is enabled (i.e. `true`) by default.
